A transportable meat safe is a god send when out in the bush to protect the carcass from flies, and it’ll save you from the repetitive ‘discussions’ about the missing duvet covers…
The bottom of the internal hanging loop sits approx 2150mm from the bottom of the safe (if you’re one of those blokes that think you need it longer, just drop us a line). There’s peg loops at the bottom to ensure the safe doesn’t move and keeps the mesh from blowing onto the carcass. Double pull sliders allows for easy access inside and out.
Removable fibreglass rods collapse down and pack down into a carry bag to ensure easy transportation through the bush.

Mate NZ Modular Bivvy with Mosquito Nets
A versatile 2.8m x 1.8m modular bivvy that provides you with the ability to connect multiple units together to create a larger shelter. Manufactured from top quality ripstop nylon with a 2000mm waterhead and leather reinforcing in the corners. Fitted with handy loops at the top to allow you to suspend it amongst trees using rope.
This bivvy is the same style as our standard one, but with the addition of mosquito nets to keep the little suckers out. There is a zipped doorway at each end, and handy loops to enable you to roll the nets up if you don’t require them.
