..."Just a quick note to let you know about the great service I received at your Kaiwharawhara premises today.I realised yesterday that the case I needed to pack, for a trip to Melbourne tomorrow, needed repairing. I took the case in yesterday afternoon and asked if I could have it back by lunch time - a bold request! Paula looked doubtful but said she would see what she could do. I got a call at 8.30 this morning from Paula to say the case was ready to be collected! Impressivly swift even thought it was only a small job. The strap on the case would not have survived the trip.Thanks to your staff my stress levels were considerably reduced.
