Canvasland Inflatables Star In Top Town

Canvasland came up trumps last year when the organisers of TVNZ's Top Town programme were looking for someone to design and manufacture the inflatables for the obstacles courses used on the show.
 
The show was filmed in November 2008, and we were given two weeks to design and manufacture the inflatables to get the project done on time.
 

The Top Town project was unique in terms of the size of the order.  We had to make around 60 inflatable pieces in the tight two week lead time.  It was all hands on deck to get the job done. While the producers of the show new what they wanted, Canvasland still had to formulate the designs, make the patterns and get the finished pieces manufactured and delivered to Christchurch in time for filming.

The designs of each unit were developed as production went along through trial and error.  Of course in our field of custom manufacturing quality is essential.  Canvasland is no stranger to high profile unique projects, having previously manufactured all the canvas awnings on the New York movie set for the filming of King Kong.
